Very pleasant experience rooms clean and comfortable. Food excellent .Service beyond compare. On checking out my daughter left her iPad on table next to the fire place. An hour later we realised what had happened. I called the hotel and they Angela confirmed that she had the iPad with her. She was very courteous and professional. She made arrangements for me to collect the iPad the next day. I must compliment your staff and guests for their honesty and integrity. We'll done I look forward to staying at your hotel again

Had an awesome stay at the Lord Charles hotel. The staff were friendly, booking in and out was a breeze! the brekfast was awesome had so many options! We had an issue with the water the one night but i got a FREE night to enjoy with you guys again. AND a 15% discount for completing a survey!! Good job guys at the Lord Charles!
